Aeros - Youth Training company

Each year students ages 10-18, with an intermediate to advanced aerial skill level audition to become a part of this program. They rehearse a minimum of 2-3 times a week and produce large scale productions to present to the public. Aeros train in acrobatics, dance, physical theater, choreography, and aerial technique on many different apparatus. The program runs September through June, and students are expected to commit to the entire year. Aeros Coaches are seasoned professionals with a wide range of specialties to help foster the Aeros into strong, effective performers.

Flyco - Adult Training company

Want to learn to perform like the our dancers in Art in the Dark? FlyCo is A-WOL’s adult professional training program that has been running since 2014. Each week FlyCo comes together for 4 full group rehearsals which will include aerial technique classes, conditioning, flexibility training, dance, physical theater, ground acrobatics, and show creation.
